The brief

LAB 5 worked with Bombay Sapphire New Zealand to develop this unique event. The concept inspired by the global campaign ‘Stir Creativity’. We invited people to indulge their inner artist and unleash their creativity at Auckland's first ever cocktail art experience - The Living Gallery.

The experience

• An avant-garde multi-sensory art gallery experience

• 4 collaborations with bartenders from some of the best bars across New Zealand, each tasked with creating Bombay Sapphire cocktails, inspired by one of the senses

• An interactive mural by artist Harris Keenan

• 5 night event

• 1,500 guests

• Over 5,000 Bombay Sapphire cocktails served
