The brief

LAB 5 was briefed to develop an activation that would showcase Bombay Sapphire’s worldly gin story and demonstrate the versitatliy of the gin. We created the Botanical Bazaar, an experience influenced by the journeys taken to hand-select the finest botanicals in the world, The Botanical Bazaar was a sensory cocktail and food experience exploring the flavours of far-off lands.

• A Botanical Sensorium that highlighted the 10 botanicals used in Bombay Sapphire

• ‘Silk Road’ inspired market stalls featured five carefully curated food and cocktail stations

• 6 night event

• 2,319 guest experiences

• Over 8,500 cocktails served
